Banana, Nut and Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1/4 c berries
1 medjool date
1 Tbls LSA Mix
1 tsp natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 - 3/4 c Trim milk (or water)
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
