Banana, Nut and Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 c berries

  • 1 medjool date

  • 1 Tbls LSA Mix

  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 - 3/4 c Trim milk (or water)

METHOD:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

please note: you can put these ingredients (except the milk/water) into a snap-lock bag and freeze . Make sure you chop the ingredients up first before freezing.


To increase protein intake - add 1 scoop of protein powder into your smoothie and increase liquid (water) by 1/4 cup.
