Low Carb Spaghetti Bolognese

PREP TIME: 15 mins COOK TIME: 20 mins TOTAL TIME: 35 mins

INGREDIENTS: 500g Premium beef mince, ground. 400g Tinned chopped tomatoes.

1 or 2 Pre-Cut Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles), Fresh.

1 TBSP Olive oil. 1 onion, finely chopped.

2 cloves garlic, crushed.

1 tsp Fresh Ginger.

1 TBSP basil, dried.

1 TBSP dried oregano. 1 TBSP rosemary, dried. 1 TBSP sage, dried. 1 TBSP marjoram, dried.

Grated cheese or Parmesan (topping). Sprinkle of salt and pepper.


METHOD: 1. In a large saucepan on a medium heat, add the olive oil, chopped onion, garlic and ginger and fry until softened and golden brown. 2. Add the premium beef mince and continue to fry stirring continuously. Cook until all the meat is browned. 3. Add basil, oregano, rosemary, sage, marjoram and tomatoes to the cooked mince mixture. 4. Stir then simmer for 15 minutes.

5. In a non-stick saucepan add the zoodles and cook through on a medium heat. These will only take 5 minutes to warm through.

6. Serve in a bowl the zoodles and mince. Sprinkle with grated cheese or parmesan before serving.
