Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana

1 cup Oats

2 eggs

1/2 c egg whites

2 tsp cinnamon

3 tsp baking powder

70g Anchor's Protein plus Unsweetened

3 scoops vanilla pea protein (Nuzest)

A dash water


METHOD:

Blend all ingredients in a blender, I use a Nutribullet.

Cook in batches in a non stick pan.


TOPPING SUGGESTIONS:

Berries, honey, Yoghurt, peanut butter, Peaches etc

(toppings will change the macro-nutrient breakdown)
