Yummy Banana Smoothie

Serves: 1


INGREDIENTS:

1 medium banana

1 serve pea protein powder (or whey)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 TBSP Peanut Butter (or almond butter)

1/2 cup Ice

150ml Unsweetened almond / coconut / rice milk OR Water


METHOD:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender

  2. Drink
